This platform is operated by the Lak3 Company SA. The Privacy Policy is an appendix to the Terms and Conditions and the Public Sale Contract.

● From which origin the user arrives on the Platform;

You can partially limit what and how your information is collected and used by changing the collected data transferred in the option settings. If this option is nonexistent or you wish to modify the collection further you may contact us at any time by emailing us.

Unless the Company has your permission or are compelled by law, the Company will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to other parties. If you believe any information the Company has on you is outdated or incomplete, please email us at the address lake@lak3.io as soon as possible. Any information that is determined to be incorrect will be corrected as soon as possible.

The goals justifying the processing of your Personal data are the following:

Unless the Company has your permission or are compelled by law, the Company will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to other parties. By subscribing to the newsletter on the Platform, you consent to receive Lake’s marketing material, advertising and latest news about the Company and the Lake ecosystem overall. If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you may cancel your subscription at any time by

following the ad hoc link in the newsletter or notifying us that you wish to terminate your subscription.
